Baan Pirawit Siphraya opens its door since the year 2000. The unique property has the privilege to reserve our rooms for only female tenants. Our second project is located at Soi Songphra off Siphraya Road near Silom Road. Within close proximity includes Chula Longkorn University, Siam Paragon Shopping malls as well as MBK shopping centre.

Also we are not far from the CBD district of Silom, Sathorn and Narativard Rachanakarin. Our location has a convenient access to BTS Station ( Chon Nonsi & Saladaeng Station ) and about 7 minutes walk to MRT ( Sam Yan Station ).
